Meet the Founders

Joshua Montgomery is a fractional executive, entrepreneur, investor, artist, and philanthropist—and above all, a devoted husband and father. After a successful career leading in the corporate world, he chose to leverage his experience to pursue legacy-building projects—focused on investing in the global community and equipping emerging leaders to shape a better future. Josh holds a master’s in Marketing and Project Management from Florida State University and a bachelor’s from Florida A&M University, where he and his wife experienced the financial challenges of college firsthand.

Through The Montgomery Legacy Foundation, he now helps students overcome those same barriers and build brighter futures.

Thandi Montgomery is a former marketing executive, keynote speaker, philanthropist, and founder of Thandi Monee’ LLC. After 15 years of leading award-winning campaigns for Fortune 500 companies, she shifted her focus to women’s wellness, self-discovery, and purpose-driven living—deeply inspired by her own transformative journey through breast cancer.

A proud Summa Cum Laude graduate of Florida A&M University, Thandi also holds a Master’s in Business Administration. Today, she empowers women around the world to move from simply existing to fully living. In recognition of her advocacy work, she was honored as a 2023 Dallas Cowboys Star Survivor.

Thandi is happily married to Joshua and is the proud mother of their two children, little Joshua and little Thandi. She resides in Dallas, TX, where she enjoys family time, reading, gourmet popcorn, and giving back through The Montgomery Legacy Foundation.
